Somatics… Breathing Easier

When we release our muscles, the simple act of breathing improves. This is often seen when we merely engage in the pandicular process.

Our breathing pump, if you will, activates not from exertion, merely from easy, gentle movement with awareness. The brain is stimulated to activate our living process to change how our muscles respond… and hence how feel about what lies beneath our skin.

Whether we feel the organization of our 17 layers of muscles or our fascial network which covers our entire body… we’re delving into our sensory cortex… and our experience comes to life and the living process we are facillitates breathing easier.
