Deep into the stretch reflex

While many fear and are at a loss as to what to do when bumping into the stretch reflex… that is when we experience a painful muscle spasm or cramp.

Delving confidently deep into the stretch reflex experience with a curiosity of observing the brain’s organization of muscular inhibition, allows us to internally reflect on the body-mind wisdom inherent in our living system.

The nature of the system is to be fluid, ever changing… and bumping the switch towards pain gives us the opportunity to re-set it.

As we delve deeper, old wounds can vibrate back into youthful forgotten states.

The aliveness in movement returns, even if fleeting, we can visit the well and compound our interest towards a more fluid present.
