Somatic Athlete

A somatic athlete can restore and revitalize with a simple act of pandiculation and continue to delve in the cocktail of pleasurable feelings with simple conscious movement combinations.

Preparing & releasing the body for or from a physical contest in the manner of a somatic athlete allows one to forego traditional forms of stretching, taping and applying ice or balms and creams to soothe the body.

The somatic athlete knows the brain can relax the body and you can feel an internal massage which lasts as long as the time you want to put into it.
